Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

NES Aesthetics is a small, family-run business located in Ashgrove. We are committed to providing excellent value in a welcoming clinic with highly trained clinical staff. To maintain this level of service, we need to protect our appointment availability through the following cancellation policy.


Deposits

Most appointment types require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will be credited towards your treatment, should there be treatment or product purchases on the day of your booked appointment. At the discretion of your treating practitioner this deposit may be credited towards future bookings; however, this is not a guarantee and is subject to the time of your appointment. 

For Skin Consultations or Aesthetic Medical Consultations, a non-refundable deposit is required. Skin Consultation deposits can be used for any skincare products purchased on the day of the consultation. Medical Aesthetic Nurse Consultation deposits can be used towards treatments booked on the day. If you choose not to proceed with a treatment or product, the deposit will be retained as a ‘Consultation Fee’ to cover the time and expertise our staff provides during your consultation. 

Deposits will expire after 12 months. 


Cancellations & Fees

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment to allow us time to reallocate your appointment to another patient. 

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend: 

  • Will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings. 

  • May incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. A credit card will be required to secure your booking, and any cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. 

  • For prepaid treatments and gift voucher appointments, cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in the treatment amount being forfeited. 

We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise, and these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 


Changing Your Appointment

Once you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and a link to change or cancel your booking. Alternatively, you can contact us directly via phone or email. 

To amend or cancel your appointment online: 

1. Locate your booking confirmation email. 

2. At the bottom of the email, click the button that says ‘View or change my appointment.’ 

3. You can then make changes to your appointment or cancel it. 


Reminder & SMS Emails

When you book an appointment at NES Aesthetics, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of booking. We will send a series of reminder emails and SMS notifications the week leading up to your appointment. 


Refunds

Please choose retail products carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued for faulty products. 

Packages, pre-paid treatments, and gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
